Every month, I hosted a community discussion group— ‘Thoughtluck’, like a potluck but instead you bring your thoughts!
The goal was to create space for people to express and talk about issues that are difficult, stigmatized or rarely talked about. More than anything, this space was nurtured and birthed by the people who were part of it—it was our community, to explore, process and feel safe in.
Previous topics have included: how fear holds us back, the purpose of jealousy & envy, diaspora and identity, ambition, achievement & self-worth, boredom and loneliness…among others.
